Buyers on the CPGsurplus platform typically have experience purchasing surplus packaged goods in large quantities and selling them in Canada within the surplus channel – either as a wholesaler or a retailer. Buyers understand that product purchased through this site cannot enter Tier 1 channels and cannot be sold outside of Canada (unless otherwise stated).

If you are unable to purchase in full pallet quantities and meet our minimum order requirements ($5,000), then perhaps our TRUSTED WHOLESALE PROGRAM is a better fit for you.

What are the minimum order quantities for purchase?
All bids must be placed in full pallet case quantities (unless fewer than one pallet of cases is available, in which case the system will require you to bid the full quantity. Minimums will be different by auction, but typically between 5 – 10 pallets and a minimum winning bid of $5,000 total.
Who pays for the freight?
Freight details will be specified and made available to all buyers in the additional documents section of each inventory sold.
Where do we pick up product?
Eastern product can be picked up in Burlington, Ontario, and western goods are typically picked up at our Calgary, Alberta warehouse. If the product is to be picked up, the location will be specified with freight details under Additional Documents online.
What are the payment terms?
Payment is due prior to your product leaving the warehouse. To ensure invoice accuracy, invoices will only be issued once your order has been received into the warehouse and we are 100% certain of what is shipping on your order. With this process, we will achive 100% invoice accuracy and you should never have to deal with credits.
What are the accepted forms of payment?
EFT or etransfer is preferred.
